Our signature work
The Cranial Base Release
Where the skull meets the neck sits a small, dense junction that houses a remarkable amount of delicate nervous-system hardware. When it holds tension, the effects ripple outward — into headaches, jaw and neck pain, disturbed sleep and a system that struggles to settle.
Â
Freeing this area is the foundation of much of what we do. It's quiet, precise work — and often where lasting change begins.

Most people have simply forgotten what good feels like.
When discomfort lingers long enough, it begins to feel normal. You adapt without realising it—moving differently, sleeping differently, carrying more tension than you remember.
Treatment here offers a different approach to working with the neck. Rather than relying on routine manipulation, it explores the relationships between the cranial bones, the upper neck, the nervous system and the fascial network that connects the body as a whole.
The neck is not treated in isolation. It is understood in relationship.
Treatment is gentle, individual and guided by careful listening, with the aim of helping the body find greater ease, organisation and resilience.

Your first visit
02
Session Length
We begin with an unhurried conversation about your history, your symptoms and what you've already tried — then a thorough physical assessment.
The first appointment runs for 90 minutes, creating the space needed to fully understand your presentation, your history, and the unique way your body has adapted over time. Ongoing consultations are 60 minutes, allowing for precise hands-on work and continued exploration of the deeper patterns influencing your health. This work is intentionally unhurried — designed for those drawn to a deeper relationship with their body and a more thoughtful approach to change.

The founder
A registered chiropractor, working beyond the edges of the discipline.
Dr Mohamad believes the body functions best when structure, movement and the nervous system are working together rather than in isolation.
Â
Over more than fifteen years, his work has been shaped by extensive study in Craniosacral Therapy, osteopathy, myofascial anatomy and jaw function, alongside a continuing interest in how modern life influences the nervous system. Trained and registered as a chiropractor, he was gradually drawn deeper — to the fascia, the cranium and the slower, more profound changes that can emerge through careful hands-on work.
Â
Every first visit is unhurried, methodical and led personally. Treatment is individual, drawing from a range of gentle approaches that encourage the body to settle, adapt and organise itself more effectively. The relationship between practitioner and patient is not a nicety here — it is the instrument the whole approach depends on.

Helping create a stable body and a stable mind.
