Stress & burnout
Running on empty, with a body that won't switch off.
You've pushed through for so long that 'fine' became the baseline. Now the tank is empty — and rest doesn't seem to refill it.
Burnout isn't just in your head; it's held in a body that's forgotten how to downshift. We help it remember.

What's actually happening
Burnout is a physiological state, not a character flaw.
Prolonged stress keeps the body in a high-output state: elevated tension, disrupted sleep, shallow breathing, and a nervous system that no longer distinguishes a deadline from a danger. Over time this depletes you — the “wired and tired” that rest alone doesn’t fix.
Recovery isn’t only about doing less. It’s about actively returning the body to a state where it can rest and repair. We work hands-on to release the held tension and use breath and craniosacral work to re-teach the system how to downshift.
“I thought I just needed a holiday. What I actually needed was to teach my body it was allowed to stop.”
