Modalities
Four ways we work — each with a plain-English reason.
We rarely use one technique in isolation. Most sessions blend two or three, chosen for what your body needs that day. Here's what each one does, and why.
01
Breathwork
The mechanism
Slow, structured breathing engages the vagus nerve and the parasympathetic system, shifting you out of fight-or-flight.
What it helps
Anxiety, shallow breathing, poor sleep, and the feeling of never quite settling.
How it feels
Calming and grounding — most people notice their shoulders drop within minutes.

02
Neurofascial & myofascial release
The mechanism
Sustained, precise pressure releases restrictions in the fascia — the connective web wrapping every muscle and nerve.
What it helps
Chronic neck, jaw and back tension that stretching alone never quite resolves.
How it feels
Slow and deliberate, with a distinct sense of release as the tissue lets go.
03
Craniosacral therapy
The mechanism
A very gentle, listening touch at the skull and spine supports the rhythm of the fluid around the brain and spinal cord.
Our signature cranial base release draws primarily on this work — focusing it where the skull meets the neck.
What it helps
Headaches, migraines, jaw tension and nervous system dysregulation.
How it feels
Subtle and deeply restful — many people drift into a half-sleep.

04
Osteopathic manipulation
The mechanism
Hands-on assessment and adjustment of joints and tissue to improve how the body moves and shares load.
What it helps
Back and neck pain, restricted movement, and recurring structural strain.
How it feels
Active and specific — a sense of space and ease returning to the area.
